110 sq km Area Cleared, 42 Suspects Arrested: ISPR  


Rawalpindi (July 28, 2017): Security Forces have cleared 110 square kilometers area in Rajgal valley and arrested 42 suspects during the ongoing Operation Khyber-IV.

A number of terrorist hideouts were also dismantled and improvised explosive devices neutralized.

Forces are now searching cleared areas of Wucha Wana, Bagh, Ziarat Sereh and Pak Darra.

Meanwhile, in the ongoing operation Radd ul Fasaad against the terrorists, Pakistan Rangers along with Counter Terrorism Department and Punjab Police have arrested 42 suspects during the last 48 hours.

The apprehended individuals are suspected of providing harbouring places to the terrorists in the suburbs of Lahore and Islamabad.
