Mistakes have been surfacing in the nomination forms that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidates gave to the Election Commission. Some senior members, for example, put their age down as 25 years.

Zulfiqar Khosa from Dera Ghazi Khan, Ghulam Bibi Bharwana from Jhang and Sardar Ghulam Abbas from Chakwal all said they were 25 years old.

Till Friday, 177 candidates for the National Assembly and 290 for the provincial assembly had come forward from the party.

Oddly enough, the party has given a ticket to a PML-N politician, Nazia Raheel, for PP-122.

Nazeer Jatt, who was disqualified in 2010 for a fake degree, was also given a ticket.
