Army Chief General Bajwa Vows to Cleanse Country of Terrorists


Wagah Border,  Lahore (August 14, 2017: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa  vowed to cleanse the country of terrorism and terrorists. Every single terrorist will be eliminated until the country is cleansed of them, General Bajwa said while addressing the ceremony after hoisting national flag which is the highest flag Of South Asia and eighth highest in the world.

The ceremony held to hoist the highest flag of South Asia was held to mark the 70th Independence Day of Pakistan.

Pakistan has rendered matchless sacrifices in the war against terrorism, Army Chief Bajwa said addressing the ceremony midnight last night. The bullets and ammunition of terrorists would be finished but they would not be able to defeat the passion and love of the `jawans’ of Pakistan Army for the motherland, General Bajwa said reiterating the determination to eradicate terrorism from the root.

Saying that at present Pakistan at is confronted with a number of internal and external challenges, the Army Chief assured  the nation that Pakistan Army, Rangers and other Law Enforcement Agencies would never disappoint the people of Pakistan. We will foil the nefarious designs of anyone who tries to cast an evil eye on Pakistan, he added.

Mistakes, General Bajwa said, had been committed during the past 70 years but now Pakistan is moving on the right path, which is the path of law and the constitution. Every national institution is performing doing its duty well and is working for the supremacy of Constitution.
