Govt, ulema agree upon congregational prayers policy in Ramazan
President Arif Alvi after on Saturday after consultation with the Ulema announced a 20 point policy for Taraweeh prayers during Ramazan.
“I need to make it clear, that everybody agreed to conduct Taraweeh under a uniform policy during Ramazan. Everybody, including the Ulema, political leaders and provincial governments are all on the same page,” President Alvi said.

Pakistan extends suspension of flight operations till April 30
Pakistan has suspended its flight operation till April 30, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said on Saturday.
“As per the decision of the Government of Pakistan, the suspension of international and domestic flight operations as effected earlier has been extended upto Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 2359 hours PST,” CAA said.
Medical equipment by Pakistani diaspora in Singapore shipped to Karachi
The second consignment of medical equipment by Pakistani diaspora in Singapore has been shipped to Karachi to help Pakistan fight the coronavirus, reported Radio Pakistan.
The consignment carrying Personal Protective Equipment will reach Karachi in ten days where it will be handed over the National Disaster Management Authority for distribution to the healthcare professionals. The equipment includes Tyvek suits goggles, face shields, face masks and Isolation Gown.
The first consignment procured through the generous support of Pakistani community in Singapore was dispatched to NDMA on 28th of last month.
