ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to observe the Defence and Martyrs Day as solidarity day With Kashmir on Friday to pay tributes to the martyrs of Kashmir as PM will observe the day in Muzaffarabad.
The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by PM Imran Khan. “Special Defence Day celebrations should be held in the provincial capitals to show solidarity with Kashmiris,” he expressed.
He advised entire Pakistan to reach out to the families of martyrs on Friday.
He will visit the capital of Azad Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, where he will address a function to celebrate the Kashmir Day with people of the region.
He also directed all the provincial government to hold ceremonies to express solidarity with Kashmiris.
