ISLAMABAD: The senior leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chaudhry Manzoor alleged on Thursday that PTI governments’ all claims to make Pakistan International Airline (PIA) as a profitable organization are false rather government policies have caused big loss to the national carrier.
Addressing press conference along with the president of PIA employees union at national press club Islamabad, Chaudhry Manzoor said that PIA administration is not ready to accept employees union and sealed the office of the union by calling rangers, however, the court has ordered to remove the seal of the union office.
Talking on the occasion, president of the PIA employees union Hadyatullah Khan demanded to end the revenge action and warned if the administration failed to stop such action union will approach the court. He also warned if their demands were not met they will compel to hold the protest.
The union president accused that the usurping the legal rights of the union the duty timing has been extended to 16 hours while the employees are being compelled to forced transfers.
“Making wrong explanations of courts orders in connection to fake degrees, employees are depriving of from their jobs,” he said.
