LAHORE: The senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Ahsan Iqbal alleged on Saturday that the army chief and military do not link with any particular party and government should avoid getting resort behind the military.
Addressing press conference in Lahore, PML-N leader said that PTI was running the government on trials and transferring over 100 senior officers showed its incompetence.
“If the driver is untrained country becomes in a state of conundrums as the government put the burden of all its failure on officials,” he said adding that Supreme Court was correcting the mistakes made by the government in the notification issued for the extension in the tenure of the army chief.
Ahsan Iqbal alleged that PM Imran has appreciated his economic team for increasing inflation and depriving of one million people from employment.
He claimed during the PML-N tenure Pakistan’s currency was the strongest in Asia but in the tenure of the PTI, government rupee turned the weakest currency.
