Govt Wants Civil War in Country: Sh Rashid


Islamabad (July 17, 2017): Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Monday claimed the government wanted to stoke civil war in the country.

Talking to reporters outside Supreme Court before the Panama case hearing, Sheikh Rashid said that everything had become crystal clear in Panama case. “Even then they (Sharif family) are not satisfied, I will request the court to summon Nawaz Sharif so I will myself cross examine him in the case,” he added.

He added that he had not seen what he said such a shameless government throughout his life which was putting the country at stake just for saving its rule.

He added that those abusing the JIT were actually abusing the apex court.

The AMP chief accused the PML-N of trying to harm the country.

He added there were reports that the ruling family had not yet submitted reply to the JIT report.

Rashid said that the opposition parties were united on the issue of Prime Minister’s resignation.

The PM had no other option but to go home, he added.
