Islamabad (August 10, 2017): Foreign Office has said that India is engaged in terrorism into Pakistan vide Afghanistan.
During the weekly briefing here FO spokesman Nafees Zakaria said that India is trying to turn the Muslim-majority part of Kashmir that it occupies into a Muslim-minority area.
The spokesman lamented at the failure of the international community to stop mass killings of Kashmiris in Indian Held Kashmir. This week alone 15 innocent Kashmiris were martyred by Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir, he informed.
Asking India to resolve Kashmir issue as per the resolutions of United Nations the FO spokesman said that Pakistan has given massive sacrifices fighting the menace of terrorism. Pakistan is determined to eradicate terrorism, he added.
Saying that the solution of Afghan issue lies in talks the spokesman said that America too is reviewing its policy about Afghanistan. Pakistan has welcomed Hizb-e-Islami’s talks with Afghan government and feels that there should be talks with all the warring groups including Taliban, Nafees added.
Pakistani is playing host to hundreds of thousands of Afghan refugees for last four decades, he said adding that not a single Afghan national was sent back to Afghanistan forcefully.
We want honorable return of Afghan national nationals to their country as per their own wish. We are taking action against the terrorists without any distinction and the world has lauded our efforts, Zakaria added.
