Islamabad (July 17, 2017): State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzaib on Monday said that the JIT report was based on mala fide intentions and it was evident from the language of the report.
Talking to media after hearing of Panama case, the minister said that the Prime Minister would come out clean in the current case from Supreme Court.

She added that the there were many gapes and loopholes in the JIT report which was also highlighted by media.
Lashing out at PTI Chief Imran Khan, she said that the person who had been declared as proclaimed offender by court was lecturing the national of rule of law and constitutionalism. “He is leveling allegation against a Prime Minister who has presented his three generations for accountability,” she remarked.
She added that Sharif family reservations over JIT and its report were there. The minister said that the JIT report was not a decision of apex court. Maryam said that the documents submitted by Sharif family in the JIT were all verified and attested.
