Larkana: 3 Killed, Many Injured in Clash between two Groups


Larkana (November 5, 2017): Three people were killed and many others were injured during an armed clash between two groups near Naudero city here.

The families of the persons killed from firing during the clash including women and children staged a protest with the bodies blocking the traffic on the Larkana-Sukkur Road near Saeedo Dero area. The protestors chanted slogans against the police saying that Khairpur and Naudero police are entangled in dispute over jurisdiction and the police is harassing the bereaved families instead of initiating the due process.

Sources attributed the armed clash between the two groups of the Shaikh community to buffalo theft.

The three deceased are identified as Daryan Shaikh, Maula Bukhsh, and Ayaz Shaikh.
