KARACHI: Estranged MNA of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Najeeb Haroon met Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday.
He was summoned by PM Khan himself. Speaking in the meeting, Haroon said people of Karachi gave a heavy mandate to the PTI in 2018 elections and now it is our responsibility to serve the city and appreciated PM’s resolve for the solution of the city’s problems.
The disgruntled MNA thanked PM Khan for providing relief to the construction sector.
On April 18, Haroon had announced his resignation from the NA-256 constituency from where he was elected in July 2018 general elections, sharing a copy of his farewell letter to the premier.
