Islamabad (August 1, 2017): Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Tuesday announced to support Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) nominee for Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in today’s elections.
As per details, PML-N delegation led by Abbasi and comprising other senior leaders met MQM-P leaders.

After negotiation between MQM-P and PML-N delegations, MQM-P chief Farooq Sattar announced to support PML-N in the elections to elect Prime Minister.
Talking to media after the meeting, Sattar, who was also accompanied by Abbasi, Khwaja Saad Rafique and other PML-N and MQM-P leaders, said that Karachi was mini Pakistan and people from every ethnicity and from across the country were living there.
He added that corruption was rampant in Sindh, adding that monkey business was going on regarding Karachi land.
On the occasion, he enumerated a numbers of problems and issues of Karachi and urged the prospective Prime Minister to play his role in resolution of the same.
Abbasi assured that he would ensure implementation of PM Karachi package and would resolve all the issue pointed out by MQM-P chief.
