Islamabad (October 12, 2017): The conundrum over the return of ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif has over as the PML-N information secretary confirmed that Nawaz Sharif will not come Pakistan to appear before the Accountability Court, which has summoned him to appear on October 13.
The situation became perplexed, when news regarding deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif return to Pakistan aired on local TV channels, later news “Nawaz Sharif is not returning Pakistan” gripped the media channels headlines.
However, the PML-N secretary information removed the confusion clouds saying that former prime minister will not come Pakistan tomorrow.“He is busy in looking after his ailing wife in London, therefore there is no chances of his return to Pakistan,” he mentioned.
It is most likely that accountability court will indict sacked premier Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam and son-in-law Captain (retd) Safdar on October 13 as the family members were summoned by the judge for the respective day.
While Hassan and Hussain will be summoned once again and their warrants have been affixed on the walls of NAB court.
Previously, the judge allowed one-day immunity to Sharif family and summoned them on October 13.
It was announced that the indictment will be heard on the day. The judge had expressed his fury over absence of the members of Sharif family.
The court had decided to separate cases of each member in order to differentiate between present and absent suspects.
