Not Judges But Their Verdicts Speak: CJ BHC


London (December 2, 2017): The Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court Noor Maskan Zai has said on Saturday that the judges did not speak but verdicts taken by them in the courts have spoken.

“Justice can be done with the mutual cooperation of the judges and lawyer community, therefore the relationship of the bench and bar being improved that will lead to overcome the several issues,” CJ Noor Maskan Zai said while talking informally to lawyers in London at a local hotel.“Judge always follow the law and constitution and take decision without any fear as the rapid provision of justice one of the utmost onus of the judiciary,” he mentioned adding the without the cooperation of the lawyers oppressed could not be provided instant justice.He advised that the government following the tradition set by the Quaid-e-Azam should send two law graduate students to  Britain for higher education on scholarship so that they could serve the country more better way.“I am proud of  on overseas Pakistani and lawyers who are brighten the Pakistan’s name by serving the people in Britain like country,” he said.The prominent lawyer Chaudary Rizwan Salehria has hosted breakfast in CJ honour while acting chairman of international lawyers club UK Safdar Iqbal Mughal, General Secretary Shezad Ahmed, Javed Iqbal, Afzal Chudhary, Khalid Anjum, Faisal Khawaja, Muhammad Afazal, Rana Waseem Sinhdu, Sajid Mustafa, Muhammad Ali, Arshad Iqbal, Muhammad Shoaib Bhattal, Dr Abdul Ghafoor and journalists were also present on the occasion.
