Peshawar: Pakistan and Afghanistan have decided to open their joint border of Ghulam Khan border situated at North Waziristan.
The border will be opened from June 22 for business purposes.
The important meeting for the opening of the zero point border attended by both sides civil, military and businessmen was held.
The huddle agreed that to open Ghulam Khan border on June 22 while Tehsildar Ghulam Khan Ghani Ur Rehman announced the decision.
As per the tehsildar, the meeting decided that drivers of trading vehicles coming from Afghanistan will be changed at Ghulam Khan border while drivers of Pakistani vehicles going to Afghanistan will also be changed on the same border.
All the vehicles will be sanitized while all the drivers and staff will undergo the corona test at the Ghulam Khan quarantine center.
