NEWS DESK: Minister of State for Finance, Rana Mohammad Afzal, has said that Pakistan and Azerbaijan are enjoying cordial relations in all spheres, reported Radio Pakistan.
Talking to his Azerbaijani counterpart Samir Sharifov in Islamabad on Monday, he emphasized the need to focus on expanding economic cooperation. He said that Pakistan wished to seek opportunities for export of technically trained personnel to Azerbaijan.
Both the sides agreed that there is potential for enhancing bilateral trade and joint efforts must be made for increasing trade relations between the two countries.
Speaking on the occasion, Samir Sharifov said that Azerbaijan offers educational scholarships to different Muslim countries and Pakistani students will also be welcomed to avail it.
