KARACHI: The online booking app of Pakistan railways closed after developing fault on Thursday.

The railway officials said that the app stopped working after the pressure of booking struck the app.

Federal Minister for Railways Shiekh Rasheed said that booking centers at Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Sukkur, Peshawar and Quetta have been opened after the booking app stopped working.

The Minister said that Bookings will start from tomorrow at 8 am while citizens will get tickets from reservation counters.

Sheikh Rasheed urged the masses to ensure precautionary measures against the coronavirus during the booking process.
