Islamabad (July 28, 2017): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif relinquished office after Supreme Court’s verdict on Panama case.
A spokesman of Prime Minister House said that the Prime Minister relinquished the office soon after the Panamagate verdict despite having serious reservations over the decision.
The spokesman said that the verdict of the apex court would be implemented despite reservation.
He added that the Prime Minister would be triumphant in the court of people.
The spokesman said that during the proceeding of Panama case the constitutional and legal requirements and prerequisite of fair trial were trampled badly.
He added that Prime Minister and Sharif family would exhaust all legal and constitutional option regarding the verdict.
The spokesperson maintained that during the judicial proceeding such precedents were set which had no example in the past.
