President summons NA session on August 1

Pakistan's Supreme Court on July 24 revised the date for the presidential election, asking the election commission to hold it on July 30 instead of August 6. ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Saturday summoned National Assembly session on Tuesday, August 1 at 3:00 pm at Parliament house.

The President has summoned the National Assembly session in exercise of powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 54 of the Constitution, said a press release of the National Assembly secretariat.  – SAMAA
