Indian tennis star Sania Mirza spoke her heart out on a recent episode with host and Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia, stating that she was not insecure about her relationships but was possessive.
No Filter Neha hosted by Bollywood starlet Neha Dhupia is known for digging out undisclosed details about celebrities from all walks of life in India.
Sania Mirza, female tennis star and wife of Pakistani former cricket captain Shoaib Malik, took the couch on the latest episode and disclosed that she was not insecure about her relationships.
“I need to be less possessive. I’m not insecure, I’m possessive,” she said. “There is a big difference, I think. I just am and I would love to be a little bit less. What I would like to do more communicate our problems or issues, if there are any, a little bit better.”
During the show, Sania also shared an anecdote with Neha that showcased her wild side. Apparently, the tennis ace was once thrown out of the Falaknuma Palace for throwing a party that went a little out of control.
According to Mirza, the party was thrown when she achieved the number one tennis rank in the world.
“There was an after party after the whole ceremony and everything, when everybody older left and everybody young came in. So we had a big night basically, and it was a celebration and people jumped in the pool with clothes on, fortunately,” she said.
“And then at 5 o’clock, they said ‘Listen, it’s really loud and we’re really sorry but you guys have to leave’. And we were like, but we’ve paid for the room. I became number one in the world, come on, I deserve that kind of a party. But then we left. But it was lots of fun.”
Always a good to know a little more about our celebrities than the usual stuff!
