SC Orders to Reactivation of all RO Plants in a Month


Karachi (August 4, 2017): The Supreme Court Karachi registry hearing the case of mixing of polluted water in Manchar Lake has ordered the reactivation of RO plants in a month and reported it to SC.

The single-member bench of Justice Gulzar Ahmed has heard the case and remarked that the affectees of Mancher lake water could be approached to SC for legal action against officials.

Court warned that the cases against state officials would be registered if anyone get Typhoid. Court also remarked that the fines million of rupees should be filed against the officials.
