ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) decided to transfer all cases regarding Hajj policy to Islamabad High Court (IHC).
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case on Monday.
The court ordered all the cases to be transferred to IHC by this week and ordered the High Court to complete the proceedings within two weeks.
In the hearing, the Deputy Attorney General argued that the whole Hajj operation has been suspended and the details of the flight operations have to be sent to Saudi Arabia by 3rd March.
The court also dismissed a petition seeking the green signal for Hajj ballot 2018.
