Two New Circuit Benches of BHC Constituted


Quetta (November 13, 2017): The governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai has formally notified on Monday the setting up two new benches of Balochistan High Court.

According to notification the new circuit benches of Balochistan High Court will be constituted in Khuzdar and Loralai. The governor has signed the notification as per the constitution.

The advocate General Balochistan Amanullah Karani and member of judicial Commission of Pakistan Muneer Ahmed Kakar and senior leaders of Balochistan Bar association were present on the occasion.

Addressing to gathering, on the occasion, Governor Balochistan said that provision of cheaper and immediate justice to the doorstep of the people was the utmost responsibility of the government.

“The setting up of new benches will not only helpful to decide cases instant but also people could be avoided to wastage of time and money,” he said adding that the setting up circuit benches was the step of proud for provincial government.

On the other hand, Chief Justice LHC has ordered the transfer and posting of 11 judges in the province.
