ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has paid rich tribute to the martyrs of Army Public School (APS) attack and said that we will not let militant thoughts to prevail in the country at any cost.
The PM condoled the families of martyrs and said the blood of innocent children has united the nation against every type of terrorism, extremism and hatred.
We are also paying tribute to the Pakistan Army, police and other agencies over fighting the war against terrorism, he said.
On the fifth anniversary of the tragic incident, PM promised the nation that we will not let the militancy thoughts to grow in Pakistan.
On Dec 16, 2014, six terrorists carried out the horrific attack on the Army Public school at Warsak road, Peshawar and killed 150 people including the principal Tahira Qazi, staff members and innocent students.
