Zardari Challenges Nawaz; Ready For Long Contest

Larkana (April 04, 2018): The co-chairman Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari challenging former prime minister Nawaz Sharif said that he should ready for long contests as PPP had already been contesting long competitions in past.

Addressing to a big public rally in Gari Khuda Bux marking 39th death anniversary of party founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, he said he had told that he would not let go Senate chairman to PML-N and truly proved that claimed.

“And now I am claiming we will not allow PML-N to form Punjab government and will form government in center without forming alliance with you,” he claimed.

He reminded that PPP has protected his government, however he will not do the same again, he adding that PML-N was doing government and opposition simultaneously and it was his what he said last year at Mochi gate rally.

“People will ask you about the 40 years of your rule in next general election and they will not vote for you,” he said adding that Bhutto always made the politics of poor and worked for them.   He alleged that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader has always disrupted the PPP governments with the support of the establishment.

The former president said that no matter what happens, we (PPP) will remain at war with PML-N.

He alleged that the government spent millions to win a seat from Lahore.
